- Go to the War Table to challenge Otranto to a duel.
- Wait for a response.
- Speak with the messenger in Skyhold.
- Go to Val Royeaux to duel Otranto.
- Locations: Skyhold
- Rewards: Romance with Josephine.
- Choices & Consequences: N/A
- Player Notes: If you have the Underworld Knowledge perk, you may try to discredit Otranto before the duel. At one point during the duel Josephine with interject and you must choose at this point to continue the romance or move on by actually participating in the duel.

This quest won't start for me, no matter what I do, I've spoken to Josephine about everything, done her other two quests and confirmed to Leliana that I like her.
