• Requirements: You must have defeated any one of the High Dragons.
• Notes:

Word has spread about the dragon the Inquisitor killed.
A note passed on by Josephine:

• "Tell me you sent soldiers to collect the grisly remains. We have nobles clamoring to see the head up close. I should have anticipated this. Gawking is for peasants, but it becomes civilized when done with a glass of wine in one hand and a fan in the other."
