Chancer de Lion is one of the Trainers in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition.
Once the Inquisitor has completed the quest Specializations for the Inquisitor, three trainers will appear at Skyhold, offering to teach the three Specializations relevant to the Inquisitor's class. If the Inquisitor is a Warrior, one of the trainers will be Chancer.

Chancer de Lion is one of the Warrior Trainers and teaches the Champion Specialization.
Chancer is an Orlesian Nobleman and a highly skilled Warrior.
Along with the other Warrior Trainers, Chancer can be found on the upper right battlements of Skyhold.
