The Emerald Knight marched the halls of Din'an Hinin at one time. Now it is basically a tomb left as a memory of when the elves had a nation of their own. There are Dalish that beieve the truth of their downfall can be found within Din'an Hinin. The Venatori, as well as the Corypheus also believe that Din'an Hinin holds something of value, and they war to keep the Inquisition out.
