Walkthrough
- This quest is obtained after returning to the Winter Palace from the Shattered Library.
- Go to the southwestern part of the palace courtyard near a telescope and observe the fireworks. Then the pile of fireworks will activate, allowing you to fire your own to earn some points.
- To get maximum points, detonate each firework at the highest point. A perfect detonation is indicated by a much larger explosion and a louder detonation sound.
