Haven's Best and Brightest is a side quest in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. It initiates in
Haven after meeting the
War Council.
Even in these trying times, good h elp is not so hard to find. Explore Haven and meet some of the Inquisition's crafting masters.

- Speak with the smith.
- Speak with the researcher (not part of this quest, but part of the Know Thy Enemy quest)
- Speak with the quartermaster
- Speak with the apothecary
1 - Speak with the smith
- Speak to the blacksmith Harritt
- Ask him if he has any designs
- Starts the Right Armor Quest
2 - Speak with the researcher (Know thy Enemy quest)
- This isn't part of the Haven's best and brightest quest
- Speak with the mage Minaeve in the Chantry
- Notes: If this is your first time in the Chantry, there will be a cut scene where you meet the inquisition members.
- Notes: You may need to scout the Hinterlands before you're allowed to leave the war table
- Notes: The researcher shares an office with Josephine. When you first enter Josephine's office, there's another cut scene
- Research items are the yellow items in your Valuable Inventory Tab.
- Interact with the research table to hand in all your research items
3 - Speak with the quartermaster
- Speak to the quartermaster Threnn
- Starts the Requisition for Weapons quest
4 - Speak with the apothecary
- Speak with the apothecary Adan
- Ask if he needs any help
- Starts the Passing Notes Quest
- Boss: n/a
