1. Find Bellina
2. Inform Berand of Vellina's Death

• Locations & Quest Giver: The Hinterlands, Lord Berand or Noblewoman's Corpse near the templars of Agrarian Apostate quest/
• Rewards: Lord Berand becomes an Agent, 50 Influence, 1 Power.
• Choices & Consequences: Cassandra Slightly Approves. (+1)
• Player Notes: You may start this quest from the lover's corpse.
