Mother Giselle is an NPC in Dragon Age: Inquisition. She is first encountered as your quest objective when completing the War Table mission Scout the Hinterlands.
After quest completion, she can be found in Haven inside the Chantry, right before the War Council room. She will relate the state of the town, its people and the flooding refugees. Her dialogue will update as you complete regions, and she will hint you towards areas that need help.
Mother Giselle will also share Chantry and Inquisition history with you, updating your codex.
