Red Water is a side quest in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. It initiates by using the
War Table in
Skyhold. Complete the
Red Templars on the Storm Coast mission at the war table to start this side quest. Completing this quest will give you access to Dragon Island where you can fight
Vinsomer.
