Second Runewarded Gate Of Segrummar is a Quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition. It is part of The Descent DLC. Another rune-warded gate was discovered in the ruins of Heidrun Thaig. Like the first, it can only be repaired with ancient gears left strewn about. the way forward is through this gate, so it must be opened to continue.
