Storvacker Caged is a Quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition. It is part of the Jaws of Hakkon DLC. The Avvar hold-beast has vanished. Thane Svarah Sun-Hair cannot in good conscience fight the Jaws of Hakkon until the bear is returned.

  1. Speak with the Avvar villagers to find out where the bear might be.
  2. Search the valley for the bear. The cave is located at the north end of the swamp.
  3. Explore the Cave
  4. Free the Bear
  5. Tell Svarah Sun-Hair that the bear is free.

Walkthrough

  • This quest is obtained after completing Avvar Allies.
  • You will speak to Thane Svarah Sun-Hair in Stone-Bear Hold who tells you about Storvacker the hold-beast.
  • You need to head North, going further from the Swampside Camp into the swamp. In the northern-most part you will spot a broken cart and dead Hakknoites around it.
  • From there head northa nd you will find the entrace to the Tevinter jail. 
  • Storvacker is in one othe cells (the middle one).
  • Kill the Hakkonites to free the beast.
  • The other cells contain various loot. These cells can only be opened by a Rogue with the Deft Hands, Fine Tools perk.
  • The left most door contains a Scepter of Razikale, while the rightmost has a Master Belt of Grenades.
  • Once you free the beast, more Hakkonites will appear. Kill them as well
  • Then head back to Stone-Bear Hold and talk to Thane Svarah Sun-Hair to complete the quest.
