Three-Eyes is one of the Trainers in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition.
Once the Inquisitor has completed the quest Specializations for the Inquisitor, three trainers will appear at Skyhold, offering to teach the three Specializations relevant to the Inquisitor's class. If the Inquisitor is a Rogue, one of the trainers will be Three-Eyes.
About Three-Eyes
Three-Eyes is one of the Rogue Trainers and teaches the Artificer Specialization.
Three-Eyes is a somewhat mysterious character, known by not much more than his name, which refers to the clever gadgets he scatters around a battlefield, providing him with a 'third eye' from which to keep an eye on proceedings.
Along with the other Rogue Trainers, Three-Eyes can be found in the lower courtyard of Skyhold.
