I can't find anywhere on the internet that talks about how to reach this merchant. I've seen screenshots of the map, and daylight shots outside, but at no point in the mission do we get daylight or the ability to leave the castle grounds. There are a few pages like this that talk about what the merchant sells, but no word about how to reach it.
